Terms & Conditions

Dive Force Marine Ltd and we reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time by updating the information, and consumers are bound by any amendments/modifications.

The contract between Dive Force Marine Ltd and the consumer becomes binding on acceptance, by Dive Force Marine Ltd , of full payment. We reserve the right to withdraw if the goods ordered are not in stock and a substitute offered is declined.

Acknowledgement of Order
We will send you written notification as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.

Processing your order
Subject to availability and on receipt of full payment the goods ordered will be dispatched within 5 working days for credit/debit card payments. We will endeavor to dispatch your goods at the earliest opportunity, usually same day or next day, but where we are reliant upon a third party such as Royal Mail as an example, once we have handed over your purchased items, we are not responsible for delivery times as these are out of our control. Weather can be a factor that for example can affect delivery times and is clearly out of our control.

Restricted Products

Some products may well be restricted for your region/territory.  An example of this is Tritium based products and the USA. It is your responsibility to check that the products that you purchase do not infringe on any laws prevailing to your region or territory.  Dive Force Marine Ltd does not accept responsibility for items held/stopped at customs due to the product being a restricted product for your region/territory.



Substitute Goods
If the goods ordered are not available you will be advised as soon as possible and a substitute will be offered. However the substitute will not be dispatched without your prior written consent. In the event of the substitute goods being unsatisfactory you will be entitled to a full refund. Delivery charge for any goods is not refundable.

The images we display on our website will wherever possible be the identical product to the one that is dispatched to you. There will on occasion be product enhancements or alternative suitable replacement products and as a result, the product dispatched may not be the identical product to the image displayed. It will however be a suitable replacement.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend upon the amount ordered and the service selected and your location. They are not refundable.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel within 7 working days from the day after that on which you agree to go ahead with the contract. You have the right to cancel within 7 working days commencing on the day after which you receive the goods. We will fully refund the cost of the goods ordered provided they are returned complete and in brand new condition. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Refund will be made as soon as possible or within 30 days from the day of receiving the written notice of cancellation.

Acceptance of Goods
Delivery of goods must only be accepted if there is no damage. Goods must be checked for damage and returned to the courier immediately if damaged or if sent via Royal Mail and the good are damaged, you are required to notify us straight away..

Credit/debit card details are protected using industry standard encryption. All the details of the order will be retained for accounting and auditing purposes and will not be given to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
